Ausy joined Kawan Lama Group in 2020 as the Human Capital Business Partner Director, with the main duty of controlling the human resources agenda to support PT Home Center Indonesia business unit expansion while also collaborating with all functions of corporate human resources to protect and serve the employees as well as the management and govern company policy. She also serves as the Strategic Marketing Services Director with five pillars comprising the functions of customer care, corporate partnership, consumer market insights, corporate branding and identity, and corporate affairs, communications & sustainability.
Under Ausy's leadership, various reputable awards have been achieved, such as Indonesia Customer Service Champion 2024 from SWA Magazine, Marketeers Editor’s Choice Awards 2024 for Category Group Omni Channel Customer Care of The Year 2024 from MarkPlus, Inc., and Corporate Reputation Awards 2024 from The Iconomics.
Graduated from the Department of Corporate Finance at Seattle Pacific University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, she started her career as a Management Trainee at Unilever, which was later entrusted to hold various essential roles in marketing, media, general management, and human resources, both at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk and PT Unilever Enterprises Indonesia. Several achievements in prestigious recognitions marked her career fulfilment: Campaign Asia: 20 Women to Watch in Asia Pacific Marketing (2013) and Women Obsession: Best Professionals (2019).
