Kawan Lama Group successfully achieves three categories of Learning & Development dan Knowledge Management, HR Digitization dan People Analytic, Employer Branding dan Talent Acquisition in the event of HR Excellence Award 2023, 20 July 2023 in Jakarta.
HR Excellence Award is an award that measure companies that successfully bring innovative human capital management program. The event is a collaboration between SWA Media Group and Lembaga Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Indonesia (LMFEBUI). While the winner selections are done by collecting companies from various sectors which successfully bring innovative HR management program, then tightly selected, and objectively judged by board of jury comprising professionals from business practitioners and academics.
