Kawan Lama Group proved its organizational excellence by achieving three categories in the Stellar Workplace Award 2024: Top 5 Stellar Workplace Award for Large Size Employer, Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment, and Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Satisfaction.
The award was received by Sandra Hardjana, Human Capital Director of Kawan Lama Group, in Hotel Le Meridien, Jakarta, on 31 October 2024.
Stellar Workplace Award is held by KONTAN Business, Investment Media, and GML Performance Consulting. The award was intended to identify and acknowledge companies that successfully create high employee engagement levels.
