Toys Kingdom, that provides complete toys and hobby needs for all ages, through Toys for Kids on 18 July 2023 distributed over 1,000 educational toys for 16 PAUD (early childhood education programs) in Malaka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), as a support towards early age education improvement.
While the 16 benefit recipients were PAUD: St. Marselinus Weulun, Matak Malirin, St. Yohanes Leunklot, Alvarendra Kletek, St. Balthasar Biris, Aurelia Wederok, Aguriho Halibasar, Tunas Muda Tunabesi, Moris Fatik Wekeke, St. Albertus Agung Sein Wekeke, Sinar Klatun Bisesmus, St. Yohannes Paulus Umutnana, Kasih Ibu I, Kamboja Raihenek, Bintang Alas, and Alfa Kasih Putri Loonek.
Since 2016, Toys Kingdom routinely undertakes Toys for Kids program, by offering the customers to buy toys with special prices, then the toys are delivered to children in need. To date, over 5,700 toys have been distributed, including more than 1,000 toys to children in various PAUD in Sikka and Ende Regencies, also Sumba Cultural House, in 2021 and 2022.
Carolina Modesta Maria Nahak, Manager of PAUD Kasih Ibu I, Malaka Regency, said, “We appreciated Toys Kingdom very much, for giving educational toys to 16 PAUD in Malaka Regency. With this donation, we will do our best to give stimulation to early aged children. So in their golden period, they get the right assistance and stimulation to create the next generation with noble character. Thanks to Toys Kingdom by giving attention to us in Malaka.”
Firman Ramdhani, M.Psi, clinical psychologist from Brawijaya Hospital Duren Tiga, a mother and child hospital, part of Brawijaya Hospitals network who is also a lecturer of faculty of psychology at Al-Azhar University, said, “Early childhood education programs is very important. Because the first phase of a child’s life is the golden period for their brain and intelligence development. It needs more than just the proper learning, but also supporting tools, such as educational toys.”

This year we brought Toys for Kids to NTT, precisely in Malaka Regency, Timor Island. For three consecutive years, we came to NTT as a token of Toys Kingdom’s commitment in supporting quality improvement of PAUD through educational toys support, which is also in line with the Mandiri Belajar (Learning Independence) program initiated by the Government. Hopefully through these educational toys, besides easing children in learning, can also build children’s creativity and imagination, also bring smiles in early aged children’s face in Malaka Regency.”
